You have to figure out which one is that and uninstall it. In other words, you may have installed a new game/app that is not compatible with another already-installed one. This explains why when you run particular games/apps the PS4 would freeze, whereas other games/apps won’t cause the same issue. In some cases, when you install different games/apps, they would conflict and cause freezing to your PS4 system. If you fail to find any, you better uninstall it until a new update is released. In this case, try to find a new update for that game/app that makes it fully compatible with the newer version of the PS4 system software update. Here your PS4 starts freezing up only with particular games/apps, not all. Sometimes it happens that your PS4 is working seamlessly and very well until you update the system software to the latest version.
